This page says exactly what happens to the details you type into this site. No small print.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the booking form yourself: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email address (optional), the course you are interested in, the session type, and any notes you add. If you are booking for a company or a school, we also collect the organisation's name and your training needs.
The site sets no cookies, carries no tracking or analytics tools, and collects nothing about you while you browse.
How it reaches us
When you press the booking button, WhatsApp opens with your answers already written, and you send the message yourself. At the same time a copy of those same answers is recorded in the Academy's customer records system, so the team can follow up with you.
Why we use it
To contact you about your enquiry, arrange your assessment, and answer your questions. We do not use it for anything else.
We do not send marketing messages to people who booked an assessment unless they asked us to.
Who can see it
Only the Pit Stop English Academy team. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry in the Academy's records until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we will do it.
